I was able to sell my, ahem 😳, extra pullets this weekend. 4 of them went to my niece and a lady bought 5. I now have a nice group of 19 and the little speckled Sussex is looking more like a cockerel.

Years ago I got a recipe from someone on BYC for zucchini patties. You can cook them up and put in the freezer for later. I also do that with yellow squash but instead of mozzarella cheese I use cheddar.
