I'm in Winston Salem area and I will have eggs and button quail chicks available in the next few months. Our first group is 3 weeks old now and we have 30 eggs in the incubator. They are due to hatch in about a week.

What's your thoughts? Has anyone tried it? We raise dairy goats all all our animals including our chickens get some milk everyday. I was thinking about soaking their feed with raw goat milk for a little extra boost.

What has been your experiences with these breeds? Looking to start a flock of sustainable meat birds. I know these birds don't breed pure but has anyone bred them with cornish (Indian game)?
