    Wow! Really? Its hard to touch and looks like it isn't really a 'part' of the chicken but rather a giant lump of a hard black scab. It is big and thick.... I will try and see how far I get! Thank you - fingers crossed!

    Yeah you would think so the ways its acting but the other 9 are fine.... plus there is quite a bit of space to move away from the heat lamp. I have been giving water by eyedropper but the poor thing just keeps getting droopier :( Thanks for your thoughts.
