It was over an hour, and the tides will be at least that high for another 3 nights. Very sad situation. These are one year olds and I don't want to disturb them since it is there first go at it. Will they be prone to laying in the same location once established in future years?
I have two Toulouse geese which have been setting for over a week. We live on a coastal creek and tonight the nests are underwater due to tide. Is there any chance these will survive? If so, can I move the nests if the girls go back to them tomorrow to protect them from further flooding?
