Well, Elsa didn't make it, she died. So now we are trying to upgrade our coop so we can separate the different breeds. We're starting with a quarantine area and then we'll add a larger section for just the silkies.
Thanks for the kind words everyone... I will definitely rethink the nesting boxes... or I'll just get more birds... either way, thanks again for the heads up:-)
We started out with Wyandottes and they seem very easy to take care of....oh and they tend to lay lots of eggs!
Easter eggers and Americana's are cool, they're docile and lay green and blue eggs :)
