Does anyone know of a good place to take my muscovies for butchering? We live in Orange County California in an urban area. We have a lot to do and I don't have the time to do them myself.

Have you looked into Muscovy ducks? They are hardy, quiet (no quacking) and very mild tempered birds. They can get big, females 8-10lbs and males up to 15lbs, (approx) and if you aren't keeping them for meat make sure not to get males because they are prolific breeders and hatch a lot...
