    I'm getting the chicks from the UCONN poultry farm. I'm not sure what breed they are. If anyone could give me the contact information for farms in the area it would be a great help. I am hoping to get the eggs today so we can be sure to hatch them before the school year ends.

    Is anyone in the Hartford area looking for free baby chicks? We are hatching them in my classroom and the farm that supplied the eggs does not take chicks back. Would anyone like to give them a home? We will only have about a dozen. Thanks!
