Ok, well I'm going against the flow here, but we don't have a poop-board.
It was in the original plan, but we decided to scrap it because (a) our table saw couldn't cut the rails properly and (b) we thought all the hay would slide off as you pulled the board out.
Maybe we were wrong about part...
Well, I'm not a coop designer, but I have plans and pictures of my coop here. It's meant for four to maybe twelve chickens (with a larger run), and it is very predator-proof.
There are good quality scans of most of our plans, and if you ever needed any others, I can totally scan them for you, or...

Ok, well the door is built and people say no battle plan survives first contact with the enemy.
The run frame was attached a few inches too low for a guillotine door, so we went with a wooden flap door with a rubber flap door inside.
The idea is to leave the wooden door open most of the time...
