    Try using a cooking bag when you bake it. I usually use that to keep it from drying out and getting tough.

    Which thermometer would you believe?

    This might help. Get a glass full of ice and fill it with water. Stick the thermometer in it for about 5 minutes. It should read close to 32F. That will give you an idea about how accurate the thermometer is. BTW this is my first here. Just wanted to say hi to everyone.
