    Well about 7 hours ago I set up a heat lamp, and got it to 80 degrees on the wall next to the bins, a few minutes ago I started separating pupae from each of the bins. they definitely weren't there this am! thank you so much!!!!

    I put a slanted 'ceiling' on my nesting boxes, those that want to can roost up there at night, I just scrape the droppings off with a small scraper in the am. those that wish too can go into the nesting boxes. I also have a chicken ladder. on the other side of the coop for them to roost on.
