    I simply ring their necks and let them flap on the ground till they are somewhat still. Then over to the chopping block. Never had any complaints from them.

    I have an 16x8 enclosed run. I just open the door,to the coop, in the morning and let them have the run of the run as they like. I do let mine out,of the enclosure, in the evening to forage tho. They often go into the coop in the heat of the day,but can be found outside at anytime.

    I was wondering if anyone knew of any parasites or other health problems chickens can get from eating leftover chicken? They seem to love it. Cooked of course. I was curious if even after cooking would any diseases cross from the factory birds we eat to them?
