Ducks not chickens. Maybe I'm at the right place.

I think they could be magpie ducklings. You might hear from someone with better experience if you post in the duck section though :)

3.5 week old EE roo or pullet??

I wouldn't be worried yet, that comb is still tiny and pale and the feather pattern is consistent.

What breed am I and what sex?

I think you have an "oops" Brahma! I have seen photos of one similar before that was buff Brahma X light Brahma :)

    Some help with breed please

I'm pretty certain that #1 isn't a d'anvers as they should have a rose comb, beard and muffs. Perhaps he is a black tailed buff Japanese? Does look rather roosterish to me. #2 I wouldn't like to guess gender on #3 looks girly (but 5 weeks is a little early to be sure) The barred birds I have no...

    Chick identification help

The black chick I was referring to is in the photo above, has no white head spot, and is most definitely not a barred rock. Rhode island reds do not have white under feathers, those are red sex links.

    What breed are these ducks?

    Those are ringed teal

    Brahma or Cochin?

    Gold laced Cochin bantam perhaps?

I'd agree. Your black chick could be an Australorp, Jersey giant, or black sex link. Australorp is probably most likely.

Looks like a lovely Easter Egger pullet :)

5 weeks is a little too young to be sure, but grey isn't showing and obvious male signs

What did I get myself into???

I'm afraid that your brown chick is almost certainly a cockerel

What did I get myself into???

Olive eggers can be created by breeding a blue egg laying chicken and a marans, hence the feathered feet.

    3 little chicks

Were these eggs that you hatched yourself? If so, were they sold as pure breeds eggs? If they are purebreds my guesses would be barred rock, welsummer, and gold laced Wyandotte :)

What did I get myself into???

Your grey chick looks to be part marans, which is a breed commonly used for making OE's. I would say that your brown chick is the Swedish flower hen :)

    What type of bantam??

Well she seems to be a Cochin bantam, but I have no idea what colour that is!
