Make sure she doesn't have fowl mites, they live on the skin , on the vent and near the belly areas, or just under the vent ... they can cause bleeding and scabs ...

What you need to do is change the pecking order !
Take out both leghorns, keep them separated from each other completely, isolate the top 2 birds, for 5 days... A dog crate and cage in the garage would do, then after the 5 days, you'll re-introduce the leghorns, and they won't be at the top...

Feed her chopped tomato , the red color will get her going, they love tomato, and the acid from the tomato will help break down what ever is in there .. after it has sat in there a while, i'd massage the lower end of the crop, and try to break up any mass...

If the bird was standing fluffed up, and more or less still, and bloody droppings, i would suspect cocci..
I would take a fresh sample of the remaining chick's poops to the vet , and have them test for cocci,, (you can put them all in one zip loc baggy, and they can test for several things) 1...

open her beak, and look at the back of her throat, you'd see them , they look like red strings ...
Anotherpossibility, is she is having an airsac / respiratory infection.. are her droppings, foamy yellow ?

Ocassionally, if a hen has a high worm load, a round worm, can swim up into the oviduct and get cast inside the white of the egg, however, this is RARE , and it could be form about 1/2 inch long, to about 3 inches, looking like a spagetti thing ..
