    Thankyou. I just want them to not suffer. Ive had a lot of sick and injured chickens over the yrs. Even when I know they're not going to make it, I still try to make their last days or hours as comfortable as possible. Treats from the kitchen, etc. A lot of them have recovered. I never know.

    I understand that. This one hen cant get around anymore. She's worsened a lot today, actually both of them have. One feels like she's about to burst. my neighbor said she'd help. Im still working on this. People are busy at the grocery stores rt now being cautious.

    This is Yitzy, my one week old Serama. The lemon beside her is a very small lemon. Shes the size of a 50 cent piece. I was having a hard time finding something small enough to compare her to. The smallest I've ever hatched and seen. She's a frizzle.

    it is amazing how your feelings change about chickens when you spend time with them and see their different personalities. You start seeing them like people and once you name them, you're hooked.
