    Well, we gave 3 of our Buffs to our daughter. She's starting a farm and will take good care of them. Will watch our 4th Buff carefully and try to see which hen is so aggressive.

    Thank you all for your advice. We are getting ready to fence in an area for them to range in that will be around 20 x 25 ft, so minus the footprint of the run would give 425 ft of range. But we won't let them out in it unless we're home because of predators. We have chicken hawks and fox.

    We actually have a 25st coop with a 75 sf run that they have access to 24/7. So a total of 100 sf. I lean towards boredom and an agressive hen.

    Just over 2 years. We have a good size run under the coop. The coop has 4 boxes and is about 5 ft by 5 ft, pitched roof.

    I have 4 buff brahmas, 1 Rhode Island red, 2 silver wyandottes and 3 barred rocks, all females. My 2 of my buffs are getting pecked at to the point being bloodied. I have removed them to dog crates. One is really bad. What should I do?
