This is my 3-4 week old RIR girl. Her back feathers are all turned up. None of the other girls have this. They all look a little mangy at this point, but wondering if this looks normal?

Here is our coop in progress. It is 5x5 for 6 girls. You can see we have 1-human door and 2- chicken doors. The two chicken doors will each have a 3.5x6ft run attached.
