I am going to post more....the more I read BYC....I just got 47 chickens and there of all kinds not sure on some of my types of chickens but the are happy and kids love them....my parents have chickens ..turkeys..too and they are next door....all but 7 chickens are from her eggs....

New guy here .....is it better to run the lights early or at dusk.......Iam in tTexas and currently have mine running 5 pm til 8 pm ish seems like nothing has changed much here.....
