    Why do my Cornish Cross that were Pasture Raised on Fermented Feed have so much fat

    Just butchered 11 yesterday. They have more fat than the ones we buy at the grocery store. Any ideas why? They were 8 weeks and two days old. They had a chicken tractor to sleep in but were enclosed in an electric fence on our yard. Thank you! Connie
