This chick is on day 22, pipped on day 21. It is done zipping but keeps rotating like it is trying to keep zipping. Most of the chicks hatched yesterday with one hatching early this morning. What do I do?

One week old pictures! I would take individual pictures but they squirm too much.
I am not sure whether Olive (middle) is a pullet or rooster. It is feathering out slower than Lucy but faster than Bert.

Apparently, bantam Langshans grow out just like large fowl Langshans- the roos feather out much, much slower than the hens. So, they can be feather sexed. I can safely call them Lucy, Bert, and Olive.
I would get more ventilation. Frostbite comes from a combination of freezing temperatures and moisture. You can leave the pop door open for them, chickens have excellent insulation. Plus, if they are cooped in they will get bored and may start picking at each other. If you have any large combed...
Ok, so we ended up with three chicks: Lucy/Luke, Burt/Bertha, and Olive/Oliver. Lucy/Luke hatched around 2:00 yesterday morning, Burt/Bertha hatched at 10:30 a.m. yesterday, and Olive(r) hatched sometime last night or very early this morning because it was dry when I woke up.
