That is normal. Once they pip, at least for chicken eggs, it can take up to 24 hours for them to absorb the yolk and push out.

I took the third out of the shell now- very little veining left. The fourth still has veining. The fifth is still peeping but no pip. The one I just took out seems very weak, but maybe with rest will perk up.
