He is certainly an interesting looking boy. but this is my salmon Faverolles roo. I don't see much of a resemblance. But I'm rather new to chicken × breeds so I could be wrong? Lovely man imo though! Update: after watching your video, his silly little goose-like honk sounds exactly like my...
I found this older thread by @Bulldogma and I'm thinking about giving it a try. Just passing it along in case anyone else may be interested.

@Eggcessive my first inclination when I noticed it was that it looked like a tendon issue or a joint issue. I'm going to try to supplement him with some nutri drench and wrap with Vet Wrap over the next few days. Trouble is there is no consensus on how to properly do so that I can find. I also...
Thank you for the info @Eggcessive Varus sounds like a good possibility. While he is not a broiler, he has grown very rapidly and has not had much vitamin supplementation aside from what is in his feed. Thank you I will look into this possibility and not allow my veterinarian to automatically...
He's only 12 weeks old. This issue with his right leg, (knee?) started about 2 days ago. He's eating and drinking, moving around normally doesn't seem to be in much pain other than the leg bowing out to the side. Does anyone here have any suggestions as to what might have happened, if this is...
@farm-a-zootical (804)693-3411 this is the number to the Southern States here in Gloucester, Virginia they are the one that gave me that information this morning. Perhaps they may be able to give you a little bit more insight.

I'm not finding any information on recalls online for Corid solution. I would just maybe call your local feed and seed or tractor supply and see if they have any information. I could also provide you with our local southern states number if you'd like to try to give them a call...
I don't have any further information but I contacted my local Southern States this morning to see if they had any in stock and they said that liquid Corid is on recall. Apparently just the liquid, not the powder. thought I'd pass this along!
Hey all! I saw the parents when I went to pick up this chick. the mother was a bearded Mille Fleur bantam, the father was booted but didn't have a beard or muff. I'm also not sure how old this chick may be (the breeder couldn't say for sure). can anybody help me identify what breed, sex and...
Thanks everyone! we went to pick up our chicks today and when we got there he had no more Cochin Frizzles, so we ended up with 5 Australorps and 5 Mille Fleur D'Uccles. I'm going to upload a picture but I'll get better ones later, I'm doing a whole lot of scratching around on the breed threads...
Good morning and thank you for this wonderfully helpful page! I hope to be picking up some week old Bantam Cochin Frizzles tomorrow as well as a few black Australorps. All of the information here has been so helpful as far as designing our coop and building a simple brooder for the babies to...
