As far as roaches, we have not experienced them. We have had a problem with ants though. We clean their coop...

    Wish I would have seen this thread sooner, We hail from SAN MARCOS, TX! 43 chickens ranging from 3 weeks to 2 years old. We also got a pygmy goat and 3 nigerian dwarf goats. We have a lot of fun on our farm! :)

    Im so sorry... We just experienced the same thing this past Monday night. She was wheezing, moving slow, barely eating... she perk up tuesday and wednesday but then her health sharply declined and she died thursday afternoon. I thought she just needed rest but it was crazy how fast she went...

    I just got off work and found her dead. It started Monday and dead on thursday. She had no other symptoms besides the wheezing. Now another chicken has yellow pus in her eye and she's moving slow. We are gonna go ahead and cull her because she's acting sick. I'm so sad!
