We get most all our supplies at Harvey's in Kalaheo. We also got our chicks there. They should also be selling chicks at the Farm Fair, which I think is in August.
It's cut from one sheet of plywood, trace the arch and then cut with sawzall of jigsaw, it's secured with 3/4" galvanized pipe strap and stainless screws. The roof is metal.
Thanks so much for your concern! We don't really have much for predators here on Kauai. We mainly have to watch out for feral cats & roosters & other birds. our biggest concern is with our Boston terrier who we can't tell wants to play with them or eat em! We will continue to keep our eyes alert...

We recently got 2 Rhode Island Reds, 3 Plymouth, 3 yellow CN something's, & 7 Silkies. They are all about 7-9 weeks old. They are a lot of fun & we look forward to having them in our "coop".
