    It should stop after pecking order is established but I would remove her from the coop for a week or so to make sure she stays at bottom of order

    My Holly has such a sweet personality and so clean with her coop. she loves to be with me and talks to me. She does whatever I tell her to do and loves being hugged and cuddled.

    We also had rat snake in coop. I made noise with a shovel and it ran out. Ortho makes a prodect called snake-be-gone. It is not harmful to pets or people. sprinkle in and around coop. snakes hate the smell but doesnt bother hens. IT IS ONLY SPICES. Hope you have good luck

    I had 3 baby chickens at 2 days old. they were happy and healthy but at 8 weeks old , I found 1 laying in coop dead. No marks on her at all but it seemed her head and neck were wet. some animal had been trying to get in coop but couldnt.
