    A friend of mine had a hen abandon a nest and a day later they are starting to hatch. She asked me to come get them and I'm wondering what to do. I turned on my incubator. I figure I'll put them in there for a few days to see what happens. It's to cold at night to leave them alone in the nest.

    Thank you for all the info. Yes I know they take longer. What do I do when it comes close to hatching time for the chicks. I have a turner should I take them all out and remove turner and turn the duck eggs by hand. What about the humidity? Should I turn the humitity up. Will it hurt the ducks...
