I'm beginning to wonder if he is the reason that the hens aren't laying. I'm going to separate them again for a while and see if he is keeping them too stressed out.
Ya, that's the weirdest thing about it. When he is out away from the other chickens he doesn't mind the other animals. We can set in the backyard and watch him with the cat, dog and other birds for hours. He only attacks when he is around the chickens or ducks.
