Where is it and what time?

I have finally acquired 4 hens, but I have only gotten 1 egg in almost 3 weeks. However, I plan to be patient and wait for things to get better. Nevertheless, I am hoping to get 1 Ameraucana or Araucana hen. If you know where I might get one, please let me know. I live in Slidell.
