I dunno why my previous post was not added, but here we go again.
You did everything possible for your little fellow. She needs time to heal the fracture, so there isn't much you can do now.
Check her foot everyday. See if it gets hot, swollen or starts to stink.
If you want to change the...
If you see a shell membrane hanging from her vent, you can gently pull it out. I suggest a vinegar or saline flush. Add a teaspoon of vinegar into 250 ml of clear water and flush her vent out with a sterile needless syringe. Repeat a few times, like 2 times a day for a few days. The vinegar...
Is she trying to "press" something out? It may be a broken egg inside her, a soft shelled most likely if its the case. Check her vent for hanging shell pieces. You should also check her temperatur with a thermometer (in the vent) and see if shes got a fever.
If she does, take her to a vet asap...
Check if her pupils react to light. Is she lying on the floor like she is doing splits? If both things do not apply, its unlikely that she has mareks.
Give her highly concentrated vitamin b (should be available in every pharmacy or supermarket).
You could also give her one of this multivitamin...
If she still has egg matter or the shell inside her, you WILL realize it, trust me. A little shell stuck in a chickenbutt makes them look like they are at deaths door, i dont know why, but its VERY unconfortable for them, it may even hurt, i dont know for sure. Flush her vent with a weak vinegar...
Does it stink? Are other hens affected? Stinking would mean tha it is infected, and if other hens got lumps like that too, it is contagious.
I would observe it closely and maybe seperate her. If it grows, you can try to pop it with a sterile needle and remove the content of it. Then flush it...
You did the best possible things for her! There is not much else you can do. Give her food with many calories and a vitamin supplement. Check the wound from time to time to make sure she isnt developing a fever or an infection. Make sure she doesnt move too much and maybe dim the lights a little...
There are a lot of reasons for foam in the eye. We wont suspect the worst, so we will treat her first for a foreign body or a light infection due to dirt.
Get some help and fixate the hen, then flush her eye CAREFULLY with clean lukewarm water OR one of these contact lens fluids.
After that...
