    Blister on Wattle Fowlpox?

I’ve attached a photo of what it looked like the next day, slightly scabby. And another photo from just now, you can see where they were slightly but not scabby anymore. The scabs went yellow immediately but I have no experience with fowl pox so no clue if it was indeed that.

    Blister on Wattle Fowlpox?

The next day she developed a few more on the same wattle but very small and turning scab like already. Now 8 days later they’re all pretty much gone. So I’m unsure what it was apart from I had her on a Glucosamine supplement plant based for her arthritis I was trialling. I was about 10 days in...

Pale comb, reduced egg laying, possible diarrhea.

You definitely want to deworm them if you haven’t already. I’m not sure where you live for what is available to you. Different wormers treat parasites. They can come in different forms as well. Some in powder form to sprinkle, some mixed into pellets, liquid to put in their water etc. Unless...

I didn’t say I couldn’t find chicken feed in my part of the world, not sure what I said that implied that? I said I’ve tried it for them before and they just wouldn’t eat it but I would try again. Nor did I say anywhere that you were making this stuff up, I said thank you and I would try...

    Recurring sour crop help please!

It’s not her normal feed that’s done this, they’ve been eating this feed for over 3 years. Even if it was this feed, she’s not eaten this feed in the month she’s been unwell and went off it. All she’s eaten this past month are soft foods Such as potatoe, Greek yoghurt, scrambled eggs and I gave...

    Recurring sour crop help please!

Thanks for the response. Their normal feed is bird feed made up of different seeds, 3x per week grass as where they free range has no grass, mealworms, scraps etc. I’m worried as she’s been suffering for a month and has lost some weight. She’s not completely lost the will to live so I know...

    How long cooped-up?

When we first got ours, we had a coop and a run. We decided to keep the door to the run shut thinking we'd let them get used to their new home so they don't do a runner! Turns out it wasn't the best idea, they were really shy, and after 3 days when we opened the door they didn't come out. We had...
