    RED RANGER INQUIRY

    My red rangers are flying a little this year.... but not many and definitely similar to my last year rangers. Live weight at 12 weeks was 5-8 lbs. Will be butchering this weekend. They were from Townline.

    Stock tank ok for brooder?

    I use a large stock tank with a cover for my chicks. Works good. They are outside so I have to watch the temps. I use a heat lamp, maybe I should look at a heating plate, are they are more efficient? Are they safe?
