    Oh Ok well that seems logical.....lol They're all from the same flock and have grown up together, it's the smaller Roo that always comes out and stays with the gals! I will just let them be, hopefully they'll venture out more Thanks for your input :)

    I have 4 roosters aged 6-8 mos old who only come out of the coop for a short time late in the afternoon? They don't eat or drink during the day, they hangout on the roosts.... I can't imagine it's good for them, but how do I get them to come out and roam around? I'm new to this so I'd love to...

    Oh that would be great! I am also going to start things off with the UFA in Mayerthorpe just to get started, but if your friends in Peers don't mind sharing there Organic feed provider I would certainly appreciate it. we're picking up our Hens this weekend. Coop's still in the finishing stages.
