I'd say, from what I can tell from the pictures, that you have at least one rooster (one of the Rhode Island Reds with the larger comb). All the rest look like pullets at this point.
Both are cockerels, sorry. They are Mille Fleur d'uccles Bantams. I had a rooster just like them. <3 Give the one with the littler comb some time and see if it develops any larger, etc.
