Well it's been almost a week all 16 ducklings are here still no mom, does anyone have any idea what the mom does when she separates from her young? Does she find new territory and leave them here? Will all the siblings split up soon too? I wish I could keep one -

Hi I live in So Florida on a canal, I have had a mama duck visit me every day while pregnant, about 6 weeks ago she came around w15 ducklings, they come twice a day. Well yesterday & today they're all here but not mom..I am so worried about her. Could it just be she has finally left them on...
