great! I have another question though, one of my emus sounds like it's nose is clogged or some thing and some times has bubbles in its eye. What should I do?
I just bought 2 1/2 week old emus and want a boy and a girl but have no idea which is which, I know you can send feathers or something somewhere for a 100% guarantee of sex, but I don't know how or where to send it. Does anyone know?
Very cool! I am building a 6 foot high net wire fence that is about a half acre to 3/4ths an acre, from what I have read that is large enough. The emus I am buying come from the same place very young so they will have grown up together, and I can go out and handle them every day as they grow so...
Is a 4 foot fence high enough for emus? If not how tall should it be to make sure none of them should will get out, and what kind of fence works best? Also, big of and area would 2 emus need?
I have been looking into emus a little bit. I am thinking about getting 2 of them, a male and a female. What do emus eat? How much space would they need? How tall would the fence need to be to make sure they do not escape? And are they human friendly?
