    Cool thank you! I can't have a roo where I'm at. I love my javas! They are very sweet and friendly, a little skittish but getting better with that, and they are really big!!! Are they suppose to be really big? I heard they are bred with a jersey giant? They are twice as big as my Sussex girls

    Great! Thank you, I just want them to have more space in the coop, and plus I took the chicken wire down from the nesting boxes in their coop and of course they all slept with in the nesting boxes, and I think that's because it corresponds with the perch? I bought this coop from tractor supply...

    When I modified mine I put wood under it and vinyl flooring so it's super easy to clean out! I had that same issue when I first got it, if you gut the inside like I did you will definitely be able to fit all six of your Girls in there

    Congrats on your new babies!!! I got the same coop and I totally reconfigured the whole thing.. You could probably fit two hens in that but I was able to fit 4 big hens in the coop after I gutted the inside, boarded all the sides and rebuild it to lift it off the ground and put one long perch...
