My hens should be laying...but they're not!

They do go out in the snow....sorta! lol! They will only go out in it if I shovel a section/path for them so they can see the ground. Which I do, because I like when they are outside getting fresh air.

My hens should be laying...but they're not!

They have about 2/3 of the shed. Honestly they spend the vast majority of their time outside. They only go in to roost pretty much and there are a lot of roosting branches. There is ventilation in the coop.... there are openings where the roof meets the walls if that makes sense. I also leave...

Here are some more views of their set up. I don't know, I think it's pretty nice! I would like to live here if i was a chicken! lol! We also have 15 pullets that were introduced recently (but very gradually). But they weren't laying way before I introduced the pullets so I know that's not it...

My hens should be laying...but they're not!

Ok hopefully this works. The blue shed is their coop, the chain link fence portion is their run. They can go in and out as they please. They have access to food and water both inside AND outside 24/7.

My hens should be laying...but they're not!

Ok thanks for the tips. I had them on 16% then switched to 18% when i noticed those 3 were molting. So would the 20% be considered a meat bird feed? Thats ok for (hypothetical, lol) layers? Nope, there is absolutely no where they could hide eggs. My 3 year old wont lay in the nest box but i...

I know this question probably gets asked over and over but I'm hoping someone can help me. I have 7 hens and 1 rooster. My...
