As "bluto in mo" said, eye injuries are not to be put off. I work in an ER and eye injuries initially can look benign but what happens when you wait up tmw with an ugly swollen infected eye? I'm just saying...
It should be looked at.
I'm a doctor. You'll need to see a doctor where you live. You need prescription antibiotic eye ointment to prevent any infection plus a tetanus shot if you are not up to date.
This is the way I'd treat a patient in your situation
First I'd examine the eye ....make sure nothing more serious...

Just crumbles. With sour crop would the chick constantly be opening her beak with each breath? There's no wheezing only an occasional sneeze.

I have a lil chick 9 weeks old that has horrible breath..! I was putting oat meal in with the cracked corn and crumbles for all my flock. But the only lil chick seemed to develop problems. Maybe the oatmeal is fermenting in the crop?
