    What kind of chickens lay speckled eggs?

    Not sure what my girls breed is, but she consistently lays a pink/tan egg with white speckles.. curious to see what her babies end up laying :)

    I had a silkie roo who bred with my golden penciled Hamburg and my americauna hens. Got some beautiful birds! Unfortunately the dad and the more brightly colored babies got attacked by a raccoon ;( [/IMG]

    [/IMG][/IMG] These are my babies that just hatched on the fifth! They're daddy is a silkie roo and mom could be a lakenvelder, golden pencil Hamburg or an Easter egger.
