The pop door just leads from the coop out to the run. It's well fortified and nothing can get in. The run is also wrapped in clear plastic so no direct wind.
Thank you, sourland, that did the trick! The littles now go in and roost at night. Well, except for the Faverolles, who sits in the pop door. But she's well feathered and at least she's not in the run. LOL!

I appreciate your suggestion! Tonight I put them in the coop and removed the roost from the run. Hopefully that will give them the clue to go in at night.
