    I have a hen who started limping on the 24th. Now she just lays around, she will get up and hobble, but not much else. Looked for bumble foot found nothing. Just a worried new mom.

    What is bloom? My Red Sexlink just started laying seven days ago and every egg comes out looking like this.No extra calcium and plenty of water.

    I'm new to this and so are my hens. This what everyone of the eggs that my Red Sexlink has laid looks like. I just give them layer feed and veggies, no oysters or extra calcium.

    The far left is supposed to be an Americana(is pullet), Buff Orpington(rooster), and the right ? Red Sex Link(is pullet). When I bought them there was supposed to be 2 Buff Orpington, 2 Columbia Rock and 2 Americana. I lost a Columbia Rock to some critter and one buff is not a buff. They weren't...

    These two were supposed to be Buff Orpingtons, however I don't believe the lady on the right is a Buff Orpington. Both were supposed to be pullets to, thee left is a crazy rooster.
