Can these be preformed on a 6 week old duckling ?

I would personally take them bad ones out candle them to make sure you don't accidentally take a good one sounds like there may be a crack and it going off leve the good ones in you can candle them good ones if there 7 days or older. I'm not an expert this is just what I would do personally hope...
