I would agree with @Golden Brahma 64! It looks like a Snowy Easter Egger!! I wouldn't be too worried about her size yet, she still has lots of more time to grow... but based on the breed standard, they don't get very big anyways!

I would think it would be okay, as long as the newest broody doesn't try to get ahold of the chicks... I would watch broods behavior with the mama and 12 babies, and you can always take the babies out if you need to. Also... 12 chicks?!? Thats a really good hatch rate.... good for you!

Honestly, I think that it all depends on the individual bird, and also how you introduce the flock. I think that you (obviously) needs to rid of the ones that are nasty already... and then make sure the new chickens are in a "see but don't touch pen" that they can get used to the other chickens...
Yes, I agree! I think that we will need some pictures, It will surely help... I've had chickens not lay until 8 months old before, mostly because they were smaller breeds but for other reasons as well!
