I am not sure what he is going to do but he is a chicken farmer himself so he’s very knowledgeable in that field so I’m hoping he’ll be able to give some answers
Thanks everyone for the help and Condolences, I appreciate it.
We are going to give the other chickens some stuff to help boost their immune systems tonight so hopefully catch whatever it is before it gets worse
She’s not panting anymore just tired. No I didn’t take a picture of it. It was collapsed and her poops aren’t as runny as earlier they’ve got more white in it
- Her comb and feet are room temperature.. nothing out of the ordinary. We are not concerned about them...
- she has very eagerly poop - mainly clear
- she’s about 2 1/2 years old
- we are not taking her temperature
- her feathers are very rough due to our roosters
- they are on a layer...
Unfortunately this time we didn’t. We always do but we have other chicks in our quarantined area so we just put them in. It was a mistake on our behalf.
we recently got 9 chickens from someone who passed away. This weekend we had one of our previous chickens pass away. We now have another hen that is very warm, not wanting to eat or drink. She does still have her balance and is aware. Any ideas on what could be going on
