I have two hens that are from the same flock. They've grown up together since one day old and suddenly won't stop going at each other! They're literally ripping each other's feathers out which worries me during the cold winter months... any ideas why they'd do this when they've never had issues...

One of my hens is loosing her feathers and doesn't look well. She's a little wheezy and has a runny nose and a cough but her energy levels seem to be good. I'm wondering what I need to do to get her better before she gets worse or spreads it to our other birds...
