When I first got my barred rocks the three hen were laying at least two eggs a day. This was early January. during the snow storm we had about 4wks ago they stopped laying and still haven't started back. My main concern is that I let them free range and since they've gotten used to being loose...

So I've added to the flock. My fiancee has not been totally on board with my new found passion for chickens, but today at Atwoods she finally got the poultry bug. Only by way of ducks. Thanks for the welcome. I've got a RIR Rooster, 4 BR pullets,3BR hens, 2 cinnamon queens, 22 CR-X meat pullets and a hand full of straight run bantam chicks from Atwoods. I've kind of jumped in with both feet in the chicken business. Lol
