I've got some Black Laced Reds in the works to cross with these guys.

Their first time outside. These guys are definitely splash right? All of them look like this.

Starting to get their feathers. They're 8 or 9 days old now.

The dark ones in the one photo are Partridge Cochins and the black ones in the other photo are Black Langshans. I ordered feather footed breed mix as well when I ordered my BLRW, also some WTB.

I order 2 females and 1 male Whiting True Blue from McMurray. Well they gave me an extra WTB male and the of course the free exotic chick. I know for sure 3 that are WTB, but the 4th I'm not sure which one is the WTB and the exotic chick. Attached are two photos of each mystery chick at 1 week...

Thank you new2dotties for your reply. ChickNanny13 I will post more pics as they grow. And, if you go back to new2dotties to post #2 in this thread, my chicks are the same coloring as chick #1 in the pic.

I got 10 straight run Blue Laced Red Wyandotte chicks and they are all basically this light coloring, like your #1.

Question, if the chicks are all the pale color as day old chicks, like #1, does that mean they are all Blue Laced Red Splash?
