They are all under 2 yrs, the youngest being 1. I am adding calcium via Oyster Shell. Is has been really hot here (90+) the last few weeks, but I would expect more than 1 to be experiencing the problem if that was the case.

One of my chickens is laying either a no shell egg and now a soft one (see attached). I just recently integrated 2 new members into the flock, so I don't know if this is the cause or not, but it has me worried. I did the standard 20 day separation, etc. and pecking order seemed to work out fine...

No Rooster here, just three hens.

How do I keep my mine from sleeping in nesting box? I've got three, one just started laying. I blocked it off first 5 months, but want them to lay eggs in it. They have roosts, but just want that in there and poop all night.

They are right at 18 weeks. Getting close to laying I hope.
