    Picked this one up out of a bin labeled (EE mutt mix). Fairly large. About 9 weeks old. It's comb has always been on the pale pink side. None of my others have pale combs. Unsure of gender and breed. First timer here! Any thoughts?

    Here is my rainbow picked up at TSC. HUGE in comparison to my others. 3-4 weeks old. So far it is friendly, LOUD and eats well. Safe to assume a Roo? My first flock.

    3-4 week old chicks feathering

    Thank you! I went searching for mites or lice. They all otherwise seem healthy. This is our biggest chick, has grown the fastest and has a larger bald area. Also our only "rainbow" chick so I was especially unsure!

    3-4 week old chicks feathering

    My chicks have been starting to lose their fluff and their new feathers are coming in. I have a chick who has a ton of pin feathers but is looking kind of bald on it's belly. First time chick mama here. Is this normal? 3 to 4 weeks old.
