What do you base your answer on?

I think my little hens (Cochins) are about naked!! ) The frizzles are a mess..first molt and may have to invent clothes..especially since cold weather has moved in.
If your happy with your girls..and don't care to have them chased, feathers pulled out, backs bare from a rooster..or you desire chicks..than get a rooster.
