that fencing is great.. I have the same for my run. If you could buy 2 more panels, I’d put the coop inside the run and call it a day ! Lots of people I’ve seen do it that way.

Put the water on top of a paver. They are big enough to climb n drink. You can also make a platform out of 2x4’s and a 12x12 1/2 inch plywood. Just an idea...
